Today our class took a field trip to the Agricultural fair. High school students told us about animals, farming, and hunting. It was fun to watch. We were excited to see everything and we even got to touch animals.
One of the stations had homing pigeons and when they let them go they fly back to their house and they can time them. This is a video of us releasing homing pigeons. Homing Pigeons

We loved the pigs too! We don’t know their names because they are not ours. They belong to the high school kids that were at the AG. Fair. We were only at the field trip for 5 hours.

The piglets were our favorite too. We learned about all the tools they use to take care of pigs and show pigs in contests. They have to eat special food to have lots of muscle and just a little but of fat.

Oh wow! That’s looks like lots of fun. Them pigs looked so cute! Was trying to lasso hard?
It was really hard for some of us and really easy for others. The people who had played softball and baseball were better at it. We think it was because they could throw and aim better. It would probably be really hard for everyone if we were trying to lasso a real moving animal.
They are really really cute
