Yes,I think that students in elementry should have cell phones because if there is a emergency,you could call someone for help.
I don’t think kids should have cell phones because they can be distracted if they take the phone with them in class.They could also be doing things that they shouldn’t be doing.I also think no because if they get distracted they can be failing their grades for not paying attention.Students can also be asked a question and they won’t know because they are distracted with the phone.If they get low grades their parents won’t be very happy with the students.

I think no to cell phones for elementary kids. I think no because a lot of kids could get distracted and will be falling behind in class. They might even have to repeat the same grade over and over again. I also think no because what if they are looking at something they are not suppose to look at. They could be looking at pictures that they are not suppose to. Sometimes they could get too distracted if they are walkers and their nose is in their cell phones and they could get hit by a bus.
